Prohibited Items:

The consumption of alcohol and beef is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Music Curfew:

Music is allowed 5 PM to 10 PM.

Function Notification:

Any planned functions must be communicated to the proprietor in advance. DJ and orchestra are not permitted.

Waste Disposal:

Dispose of waste products in the designated vat provided by the proprietor.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit is required at the time of making a reservation.

Compliance:

All individuals are expected to adhere to the established rules and guidelines.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of any cancellation, the advance money will be forfeited.

Additional Decoration:

For additional decoration services such as lights and flowers, please contact the Promed Bhavan office.

Gas Cylinder Requirement:

According to Government of India rules, a commercial gas cylinder is mandatory.

Fireworks Prohibition:

The use of firecrackers within the Promod Bhavan campus is strictly prohibited.

Band Party Restriction:

Band parties are not allowed on the premises.
